We are thrilled to announce that Scotland’s Outdoor Centre has been named a Scottish finalist in the 2026 Countryside Alliance Awards. Known as the ‘Rural Oscars,’ these awards celebrate the businesses that form the backbone of our rural communities.

We have been shortlisted in the Rural Enterprise category, and now we need your help to bring the trophy home. Winners are chosen via a public vote, which is officially open now.

Mobile Clay Pigeon Shooting in Scotland,
Mobile clay Pigeon shooting scotland events

Scotland’s Outdoor Centre is a premier mobile events specialist that brings high-end traditional country sports directly to your chosen location. Rather than operating from a fixed ground, they leverage over 25 years of experience to transform private estates, luxury hotels, and corporate venues across the UK into professional activity hubs.

Core Offerings

The centre is renowned for its "we bring the fun to you" philosophy, providing all necessary equipment, insurance, and expert instruction for a variety of adrenaline-filled activities:

  • Mobile Clay Pigeon Shooting: Our flagship service, featuring an extensive range of shotguns and lighter-loaded cartridges for beginners, all overseen by professional coaches.

  • Target Sports: Includes professional Archery and Axe Throwing setups, often integrated into multi-activity "Clan" challenges.

  • Traditional Highland Games: A popular choice for large groups, featuring classic events like the Caber Toss, Haggis Hurling, and Tug-O-War.

  • Simulated Game Days: High-volume clay shooting that mimics the flight patterns of live quarry like pheasants and grouse for a realistic "driven" experience.

Why we Stand Out

  • Bespoke Locations: They frequently operate at iconic Scottish landmarks.

  • Award-Winning Service: The business is a 2026 finalist in the Countryside Alliance Awards (the "Rural Oscars") for its commitment to promoting rural sports.

  • Inclusive Expertise: Their instructors are specialists in making technical sports accessible for all ages and skill levels, ensuring even first-timers can hit targets with confidence.

Target Audience

From corporate team building and high-end weddings to private parties and Hogmanay celebrations, the centre tailors every event to the specific "vibe" and scale of the group.

We are fully authorised by Police Scotland for the provision of “mobile” clay pigeon shooting events.
